Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados (ripe)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 (10 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can black pitted olives, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning in another bowl.
    On a large platter, layer as follows:
    bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serve with Doritos or nacho chips.
