Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except cream.
    Fold in 1 cup of heavy cream. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
