Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes or about 3 c. canned potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add sugar, butter, flour, well beaten egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Put into greased baking dish and cook for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Marshmallows may be placed on top with done and browned slightly.
