Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers and set aside 1/4 cup chopped green pepper.
    Cut x into bottom of whole peppers.
    Cook whole peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Salt inside of peppers and set aside.
