American Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Swiss cheese
    1 small and 1 large cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and garlic in 1 tablespoon of hot fat. Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles (9 noodles) according to package directions.
