Creamy Ham And Noodle Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all purpose flour
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 lb. ham, cubed
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) wide egg noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine flour and a small amount of milk until smooth. Add remaining milk, dill and mustard; set aside. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add carrots and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally until crisp tender. Stir in reserved milk mixture; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in ham, noodles and peas. Cook and stir until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
