Macaroni Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (save some for topping)
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 or 2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until done.
    Sprinkle in some cheese, a little at a time.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add milk, butter and beaten eggs.
    Sprinkle top with leftover cheese.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until top is golden brown.
