Vegetable Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 carrot, peeled
1 bell pepper, cut in slices
1 cucumber, sliced and cored
1 onion, peeled
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Put all vegetables through food grinder (don't use core of cucumber).
Blend with cream cheese and spread on bread for sandwiches.
Yields 3 to 4 dozen sandwiches.
