Lime Mallow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 large marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime flavor jello
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Philly cheese
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Heat marshmallows and milk until dissolved.
Stir gel until dissolved, chill until it begins to thicken.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add to jello and marshmallow mix.
Add crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and nuts; mix well.
Turn into mold or pan (11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch).
Chill to firm.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
