Low-Fat Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 graham cracker crust
    3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil juice; add jello.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Process cottage cheese, flavorings and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Blend well.
    Add juice mixture.
    Blend 30 seconds more.
    Pour in crust.
    Refrigerate until well-formed.
