Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar and Wesson oil in bowl.
    Beat.
    Add flour and 1 egg at a time.
    Mix cinnamon and soda.
    Fold in carrots with a spoon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
