Rice Pudding With Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks (raw)
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    No cooking is required beyond the initial cooking of the rice.
    Pour in a serving bowl or serving dishes.
    Serve with the following Caramel Sauce.
