Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 qt. popcorn
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients and boil 2 minutes.
    Take off heat.
    Add soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Put in brown paper bag.
    Cook in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on High, then shake well.
    Put back in microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Take out of bag and separate to cool.
