Broccoli Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine butter or margarine, flour and milk.
Stir continuously while simmering for 3 minutes.
Do not overheat.
Add salt, horseradish, prepared mustard and mayonnaise.
Blend well. Serve over cooked broccoli.
