Crisp Sheet Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. honey
    2 tsp. rosemary (optional)
    7 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. coarse salt (optional)
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add honey, rosemary and 1 tablespoon of oil.
    Sift in half the flour and salt and stir well.
    Knead in remaining flour.
    Pour 2 tablespoons of oil on a 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet.
    Press dough into an even layer on the pan.
    Pour remaining 4 tablespoons of oil over the dough and sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
