Joannie'S Simple Sausage Subs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    4 medium peppers
    2 medium onions
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 small jar spaghetti sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt or 4 cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Boil sausages to remove excess grease.
    Cut cooled sausages into wafer-like slices.
    Fry peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic and salt and pepper in frying pan with oil.
    Add sausage and jar of spaghetti sauce and simmer for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
    Serve on Italian rolls.
