White Fruit Cake - "Big Mama" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. lemon peel
    1/2 lb. pecans
    1 small can shredded coconut
    1/2 lb. white raisins
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1 c. dates
    1 c. citron
    1 c. orange peel
    1 small can sliced pineapple
    1/4 c. juice
Preparation
    Cream the butter.
    Add sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Add juice, flour and baking powder.
    Dredge fruit and nuts with flour and add.
    Bake in slow oven 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Decorate top when cake is half done.
