Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. mixed fruit juice
    2 c. white seedless grapes
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 lemon or more
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 doz. red cherries
    1 (No. 1) can crushed pineapple
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add fruit juice.
    Chop fruit and nuts into a mixing bowl.
    Add crushed pineapple to jello mixture and semi-congeal with a lump of ice.
    Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise to a smooth paste.
    Add mayonnaise mixture to jello and stir well.
    Oil salad molds with salad oil and line with whole grapes.
    Whip cream and fold into the salad mixture.
    Fill molds and congeal.
    Serves 8.
