Curried Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

In a heavy 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stir together oil, salt and garlic powder.
Add pecans.
Cook and stir constantly for 8 to 10 minutes, or until toasted.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle curry over pecans and stir to mix well.
Serve at room temperature.
Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
