Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake (no pudding)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend cake mix, pudding, water, oil and eggs.
Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
