Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked
    8 oz. oysters in juice, cooked
    1 lb. scallops, cooked
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of thyme
    2 c. cheese, grated
    2 egg yolks
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Make sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add spices, cheese and salt. Be sure that the cheese melts. Add slightly beaten egg yolks. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Mix seafood with sauce. Saute mushrooms and add to seafood and sauce. Add lemon juice. Pour into a large casserole dish. Garnish with additional cheese. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serves 12.
