Creole Crabmeat Eastern Shore Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 large can plum tomatoes
    2 large celery ribs, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, diced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce or 2 Tbsp. Old Bay
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook all
    of the ingredients in olive oil, except tomatoes and crab meat for
    5 minutes.
    Do not let brown. Add crab meat and tomatoes,
    cook
    for about 30 minute or less. Serve over fluffed\trice.
    Makes
    a
    complete
    meal, served with a salad.
