Warmer Kartoffel Salat(Variation With Sour Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced (crisp)
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until fork-tender; peel and slice and
    add onion. In a large skillet, cook bacon and remove from heat; remove bacon and set aside. Pour off fat. Return 1/4 cup to skillet. Add flour and sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Add potatoes, onions and half of the bacon. Toss gently. Add rest of bacon and parsley. Serves 10.
