Crab Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. cold water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, minced fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 can crab meat, drained and flaked
Preparation

Heat soup over low heat until warm.
Remove from heat; set aside.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add this to soup; mix well.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well, using low speed of mixer.
Season to taste with salt, black pepper, red pepper and Tabasco.
Turn into 4-cup mold; chill until firm.
Serve with crackers.
