Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into wedges.
    Roll them in melted butter.
    Place in single layer in baking dish. Bake in oven preheated to 375\u00b0 until brown.
