Festive Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. green peppers, diced
    3/4 c. onions, diced
    1/4 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese with jalapeno peppers
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cut chicken in thin strips.
    Saute in oil for 4 minutes.
    Add peppers and onions; mix together.
    Cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add Velveeta cheese cubes; stir until cheese melts.
    Fill tortillas with 1/4 of chicken mixture.
    Top with tomatoes; fold.
    Makes 4 servings.
