Crab Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crab, shredded
1 jar pimento, sliced
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 to 3 drops Tabasco
pepper to taste
onion powder to taste
1/3 c. parsley, minced
1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
American or Swiss cheese
bacon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread on sliced sour French bread, rolls or hamburger buns.
Top with sliced American or Swiss cheese and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
Broil 4 inches from heat until bubbly.
