Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 red peppers
    9 green peppers
    12 medium onions
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. salt
    4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard or mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Let stand in salt for at least 2 hours.
    Drain.
    Run water through and drain.
    Boil for 5 minutes in vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard mixture.
    Seal in jars.
    Yields about 6 pints.
