Quick And Easy Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    4 bananas, mashed
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and sugar.
    Add mashed bananas, margarine and milk.
    Beat with an electric mixer on low until blended, then on high for 2 minutes.
    Add eggs and remaining flour; beat until blended.
    Stir in nuts (optional).
    Pour into greased bread pan (8 x 4 x 2-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    (If toothpick comes out clean, it's done.)
