Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cut in Crisco until it resembles coarse meal.
    In a separate bowl, beat together water, vinegar and egg. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate, then divide into thirds.
    Roll out.
    Makes 3 (8 or 9-inch) crusts.
