Slim Jim Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
    1 bay leaf
    dash of pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (3 c., undrained)
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (2 c., undrained)
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and celery; drain thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes.
