Surprise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. apricot Jell-O
    9 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and juice until boiling.
    Add Jell-O; stir until dissolved, then let cool.
    Add buttermilk and Cool Whip and chill.
