Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. molasses
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add margarine, sugar and molasses.
Sift flour.
Add all dry ingredients into first mixture.
Add water last.
Line greased 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Drizzle with Lemon Sauce. Serve hot!
