Hawaiian Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can Dole chunk pineapple (in juice)
    1 1/2 c. maple syrup
    1 pkg. pancake mix
    Honey Butter (honey and softened butter)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving all juice.
    Combine juice and maple syrup in a heavy saucepan.
    Heat.
    Make pancakes according to package directions.
    Top pancakes with pineapple chunks.
    Serve with warm syrup and Honey Butter.
    Makes 4 servings.
