Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

    2 lbs. cooked, thoroughly drained squash
    1 grated onion (large)
    3 grated carrots
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. steamed chicken (boneless) cut into bite sized chunks (optional)
    1/2 pkg. Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix.
