My Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can red kidney beans (hot)
1 jar mild salsa
1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack or Colby cheese
Preparation

Spread cream cheese in bottom of casserole.
Spread beans on top of cream cheese, then layer salsa.
Top with cheese.
Bake or microwave until top cheese is melted.
Serve with chips and enjoy. Double recipe for a crowd.
