"No Peek" Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can mushrooms, drained
    3/4 c. red wine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake in covered casserole dish at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
