Ingredients

1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate or 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat ice cream to soften.
Add buttermilk and lemonade concentrate or lemon juice mixture.
Beat until frothy and serve immediately.
Makes 2 quarts.
