Potato Lefse(Makes 15 Large Rounds) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. bread flour
1 c. milk
3 1/2 c. Idaho Spuds potato flakes
1/2 c. half and half cream
Preparation

Bring to a boil in 3-quart saucepan the water, margarine, sugar and salt. Take off burner and add milk and flakes; mix. If it's too soupy, add 1/4 cup more flakes. Add half and half; mix well. Cool in refrigerator overnight. Put paper towel over potatoes to collect moisture and add cover before refrigerating.
