Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    7 slices bread
Preparation
    Break up bread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add eggs, brown sugar and butter to hot milk.
    Stir and pour over bread.
    Add raisins and stir until bread is moist.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and over cinnamon sprinkle a light coating of white sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    (Knife should come out clean when inserted.)
