Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Put dry ingredients in a bag.
Shake.
Peel and quarter potatoes; drop into bag and shake well.
Meanwhile, melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay the potatoes in melted butter and bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn once during baking.
