Georgia Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. corn syrup
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix eggs and corn syrup, add sugar.
Stir in salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread pecans evenly on pie shell bottom.
Mix melted butter into syrup mixture.
Pour over pecans which should rise to top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until center is firm, about 20 minutes.
