Pork Roast With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

1 envelope onion soup mix
5 lb. pork loin roast
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Place onion soup mix in the center of a 30 x 20-inch piece of aluminum foil. Place pork roast, fat side down, on soup. Fold foil over and secure tightly, leaving room for juices. Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 3 1/2 hours. Remove roast to a serving dish.
