Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    3/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. Eagle Brand milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed.
    Put 1/2 of mixture into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt the caramels, oleo and milk. Pour over baked cake portion.
    Sprinkle chips over this, then add the nuts.
    Pour the rest of the cake mix over this and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
