Wine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. Port wine (red)
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. yellow pudding cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix eggs, wine and oil well.
Add cake mix and cinnamon; mix for 2 minutes.
Bake in a Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or your favorite icing when completely cooled.
