Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and chunked
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. peach preserves
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. onions
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple
Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook.
Remove; drain and return.
Combine soy sauce, preserves, barbecue sauce and onions.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 40 minutes.
The last 15 minutes, stir in green pepper, water chestnuts and pineapple.
Serve over rice.
