Brussels Sprouts (Any Vegetable) Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small potato
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 lb. sprouts (veggie)
3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Saute onion and tater until tender.
Add sprouts, broth, salt and pepper.
Boil until tender.
Puree in food processor.
Return to pan.
Mix egg with milk with fork.
Stir into soup.
Cook and stir until hot.
Do not boil.
