Deviled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice, cooked down to 1 c. tomato sauce
    3 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1/4 green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 lb. canned and drained salmon
    6 thin slices lemon, including peels
    1/4 c. fine crumbs
Preparation
    Blend first 5 ingredients for about 15 seconds.
    Flake salmon. Combine with sauce from blender; turn into casserole dish.
    Top with crumbs and then with lemon slices.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
