North Coast Mussels(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 doz. mussels, washed and debearded
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Bermuda onion, julienned
    1 medium red pepper, julienned
    1 yellow pepper, julienned
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
    4 Red Bliss potatoes, thin sliced
    2 c. clam juice
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, toss the hot spaghetti with the olive oil.
    In a small bowl, combine the eggs and the 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
    Stir into the spaghetti.
