Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 assorted chicken pieces or boneless, skinless breasts
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    pineapple chunks or slices
    green pepper chunks (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in baking dish.
    Mix dressing, preserves, soup mix and water.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour.
    Add pineapple and pepper chunks.
    Bake an additional half hour.
